A very good sturdy product that's reasonably quiet with low-impact ergonomic motion. It's comparable to other seated elliptical machines that cost twice as much. My only complaint is that it's not very portable once assembled. It would be great if it had a handle and retractable wheels to allow you to easily roll it out of the way when you've finished using it. Otherwise, I would give it five stars. I purchased one for my ninety year old mother and another for my disabled sister. They both love them.

I LOVE THIS THING! Sitting at a desk all day totally zaps any desire to start exercising after it is over. Mental exhaustion is much worse than physical, and I have no desire to do anything but sit around some more and "rest".
With this under my desk, I am surprised how much I pedal each day! I love the readout and the adjustable tension. It is ridiculously simple to put together and use, and I really believe it is helping to save my life. I have more energy now, and my stamina is increasing too. It actually is more comfortable than sitting with my feet flat on the floor, so there is that, too. THANKS!!!
