It got very noisy and felt clunky on the left side after using just one week. But looked at other reviews and realized it was probably due to the rubber wheels on the metal, plus it was wearing off the paint finish on the plate. Used baby powder on the plate and seemed to help. But still should not occur. Seems to be a common complaint.

hard to find a perfect height chair for this, it is louder than I expected, easier to move backwards when standing, moving forward feels like it will destroy my knees, but it works for being stuck at home and needing something to keep me moving. Assembly was easy. It is easy to move room to room, but still heavier than some of the bike pedals which would probably have worked just as well in terms of keeping me moving.
