Compact under desk elliptical works well with a smaller desk. Smooth motion; great for strengthening legs throughout day at the desk (esp after cardio workout). One star deducted because it started squeaking a few weeks after purchase. The sound goes away with higher cadence, but still have some concern about longevity of the mechanics.
Works great. Very quiet. If you use sitting down, you put the dial and counter towards you. And the counter can be turned to see the numbers from that direction. If you use it standing it is used in the opposite direction. I use it 2 or 3 times a day, 10 minutes at a time. Felt my legs loosen up after one day, less achy, walking better. My grandkids all use it when they come over, they love it also.
Been using my unit for about 12 days and I really like it so far. I I compared many models and there were 2 points that were my deciding factor-1) you can stand on it as well as sit 2) I compared the negative reviews for problems, product failure, etc. InMotion had just about the same percentage of failure that other machines had that cost twice as much. The (legitimate) complaints mostly involved a part making loud noises or falling off; I felt that it may well have been caused by needed maintenance in the form of lubrication, so I also bought a can of silicone to lube the moving parts, once a week according to Stamina customer service. So far so good. I would recommend it.
My review is that I just got the product and really haven't had a chance to really use it enough to give my honest opinion. It seems to work well and is very quiet, but I wish all these companies would stop hounding me/us for a review until I/we have had a chance to actually use the product.
