Why wait for New Year's for a new you? My wife and I decided we couldn't wait any longer and the fat HAD TO GO! So we bought this tiny, ultra convenient, portable little elliptical for our living room. Well, it's so small and light, we take turns on it front of the tv every night. Amazon Prime anyone? We watch a movie every night now guilt free as we burn our screaming fat cells off before bed. It's so easy on the knees, we don't get sweaty, and we have some nice quality time in front of the tube together before bed. Who would have thought it would be so easy to develop such a healthy, easy to do, calorie crushing habit? I certainly didn't. But now I know and this little thing is a bedroom staple. Thanks Stamina! You made for a happy couple on their merry way to smaller, fitter, healthier bodies. Time to go slimmer clothes shopping. And thanks for reading!

Like many people I am often challenged with trying to find time to get to the gym. I'm up at 5:00 a.m. and seldom make it home before 9:00 p.m. running from work to my kids' sporting events. I was getting more frustrated with my legs, which are not ready for shorts season and decided to investigate alternative workout/toning options. I bought the InMotion Elliptical last week, and put it under my desk to use at work. I suffer from terrible arthritis in my left knee, and movement is the best therapy.
