For my first-ever home exercise machine, this is proving ideal: small footprint, easy to use casually & then set aside for next time. I like the step counter, and the fact that I can use it while watching TV. I'm practicing being able to read a book while I'm on it, too.

I sit a lot at work and I use this underneath my desk to help alleviate tension and stress. Also the interior designers at the architecture firm think it is a fantastic device for the office employees likes to stay moving but can't and wants to appear as though he/she is not.

I am super happy with my purchase, I work full time and go to school full time so it get's tough to make it to the gym, but with my elliptical machine I am able to get in some exercise while still doing my work at my desk. The only thing I wish that it had was a harder resistance setting. It does allow you to adjust the resistance, but I feel like it could give me a little more of a challenge. But it is hard enough and I am very pleased with this, I would definitely recommend you buy this if you are looking into it.
