I like the product, but mine was delivered without all the parts included. It did not include the base for the wheels to slide on, so they just slide on my carpet. It still works, but I was disappointed not to get all the parts I paid for

I have only had this for 2 weeks, so far it is great. It was very easy to assemble It is very sturdy, doesn't move around when in use. It is very quiet. I can watch TV while using it.

I was very excited about this product. I did some research and found this within the price range that I was willing to spend. Within the first week, the right pad wore out and it began to squeak. I tried only using my left foot (thinking my right was too strong) after a few weeks, it made no difference. I have tried using tape to stop the squeaking. I now use my floor mat and put it under the roller-it still squeaks. My co-workers say they don't mind, but I do. Not all that impressed with this product. I don't use it very much anymore because it is annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Sara, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your Stamina InMotion Compact Strider is squeaking. If the base plate is foam side up the rollers will roll on the foam and make a squeak sound. Try flipping the base plate to where the foam touches the ground. If this does not help please call us at 1-800-375-7520 Monday-Thursday 7:30-5 or Friday 8-3 central.
