The dead pixel on the screen is a random problem. Please review ASUS dead pixel policy before sending the monitor in for service. ASUS provides warranty coverage for the product. We recommend you send the product in for service so this may be resolved immediately. A RMA number is required to send it in for service. I got this monitor to add to my Asus tuff 15 laptop with a rtx 3060 gpu. This monitor is amazing smooth at 240hz. I can play Fortnite at 165 fps with no issues. COD warzone 2.0 I can run on high settings with 100 fps with no issues. Monitor has a ton of cool features for gaming like crosshairs for fps games real time fps counter. Hight adjustments is a great feature also. Works great with my Asus laptop. I would recommend this set up to any gamer.
