I love the bag- it is just the right size. It is big enough to fit all I need as a carry-on and small enough to take it out to dinner stashed with a few books and toys without looking like a bulky bag.

This bag is amazing. I am an auditor who still works on paper. This bag can hold my laptop, monitor, cables, and 2 red wells. It is a godsend.

This company cares about its customers! I had an issue with the handles on the origami tote I purchased about a year and a half ago (some fraying) and they were extremely quick to replace it. Not only that, I had a personal phone call with from the CEO so that they could get a better understanding of the issue! When does that ever happen?!
