Great features. It is a big upgrade from the Roku stick I had previously. The stick stopped working and I needed a new one. Love the Roku Express 4K+ so far.

Black screens

I bought this device and when I began watching Netflix a message appeared saying the HDMI cord is not recognized that was my first warning, then a week later every streaming channel I went into and tried to play anything I would get total blackness, but the sound was there. I unhooked it and went back to using my old Roku device.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Device

Since purchasing Roku over a month now, I must say, I am extremely happy with it. The set up was super easy and quick. This will be my first step with considering "Cutting the Cord" from my Cable Service. I'm overwhelmed with the many choices to watch using the Roku device - and that is a good think right? How many times I scroll all night looking for something to watch on my cable, only to watch something I've seen before. Not with Roku! It's only a matter of time before I make the right decision and go without cable!

Cut the Cable Channels and replaced with these on our 4 TV's.
They pay for themselves quickly.
Unbelievable Free App's loaded with Movies & TV programs.
Great Video Quality.
We unplug one and take it on trips with us to watch our shows on hotel TV's..

GREAT DEVICE, GREAT INVENTION

We purchased the Roku Express 4K device a few weeks ago. This device is great and allows us to receive Netflix and other channels on our extra T.V. with clear reception. In fact, it even enhances our WIFI. Great technology and easy to install. Highly recommend it.
