I love the ability to use a 6x10 hoop and having the jump threads cut however, my machine has several things that have gone wrong within the first couple of months of ownership. The jump thread cutter works occasionally, the needle threader handle has cracked off making it unusable and it has begun to shred the thread. It goes into the repair shop after using it for 3 months.

Excellent embroidery machine. I’m new to machine embroidery and this model is perfect for me. Easy to learn and stitches out perfectly. All Brands just opened a store in Austin Texas so it is easy to get supplies and help. This machine has lots of high end features without the high end price tag.
