My Walkers noise reducing muffs worked well enough as is from the factory but the ear covers were just a bit stiff.
Bought Walkers Fel Pads and got more comfort AND the better figment did seem to increase the noise reduction a bit
I def recommend them and actually recommend the gel cups become the standard offering w these muffs

The jell cups are a vast improvement over the originals, however that said, most jell cups are softer and for people who need glasses there is no cut at the top to slide your glasses though.

They are comfortable, but...I pulled the batteries out and stored them in a vacuum bag in my truck under the seat...Been there for a year. When I opened the bag the gel had liquified and was leaking everywhere in side the bag. Heat does not bode well for these!

I am glad I got them. It took me an hour and 10 minutes of tedious struggle to get them mounted on my Walkers XCELL ear muffs. The Walker's website video helped but the new pads do not "just snap in" with finger pressure. I finally had to hold them in place 3/4 installed and tap the top end with a plastic mallet until it snapped in place.
