Complex installation

I am reasonably tech savvy. I work with Microsoft products daily. I've installed printers, set up routers, wireless networks, and PCs. I've had this for 6 weeks and finally got it to print a test page today. The installation instructions are complex and confusing. I haven't been able to copy or test the fax yet. I hope that I can get this to operate, but I would advise against buying this. Note that this is only a black and white printer. I didn't notice that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for Home Office

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was super easy to set up. Perfect for my home office. I don’t print a lot but do need to print occasionally and this suites my office needs. Would highly recommend for anyone who works from home. Very user friendly and great quality of prints.

Easy Set Up!

I had it set up in less than 10 minutes! It is very sleek and modern-looking and prints quickly and effortlessly. This printer is also Bluetooth capable, so I can print from any device, which makes life easy! I 100% recommend!

Great Basic Printer But Complicated Setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The setup of this printer was definitely challenging - the included instructions were less than clear. I was able to look the missing information up online, but I imagine more impatient users might get frustrated. I was able to connect the printer to our wifi and print wirelessly from both our MacBooks and cell phones easily (after downloading compatible apps to print from phone). Downloading the print drivers and connecting to the printer was a piece of cake!
The print quality is great and it quickly prints pages with little warmup time from idle. We were able to print several pages and they each came out quickly, with great quality. Because this printer only prints in black and white and does not print photos, this printer may be better suited to small businesses instead of home use.
I have not yet connected to Canon's optional service to monitor and auto-ship ink cartridges, but I appreciate having the functionality.

Fast black and white printer for basic printing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this printer was super easy to set up and very much appreciated the fact that it came with a toner cartridge already loaded that promises me up to 3000 pages. It prints fast and really is
perfect for a student like I have in my house or a small business. The touch screen is very user-friendly and the printer itself is compact enough to fit in tight spots. I am impressed with the quality of this product.

Perfect size with a big punch

It is not much bigger than a personal printer so if u have small office space it works great. It doesn’t have a color option but most offices use black and white anyway . This printer is super fast and quiet. Definitely worth the price and does the same thing most office printers do without taking up the space of a huge machine.

Not for me!!

The only thing is the touchscreen is easy to use. It has absolutely no mobile compatibility and duplex printing is a waste of time. I will stick to epson for sure.

Set up a Breeze

I wasn't too difficult to semi assemble and get up and running. The apps are user friendly and simple to get started!!!! This will be great for my small business.
