I love that it's rechargeable and comes with a cable, but it's also a standard size so if I lose it (...um, it happens!), I can easily replace it. It comes with clear instructions and it works for different size paws. I have a little dog. She is stressed at the groomer and I don't feel comfortable clipping her nails, so what do you do? I wanted to try this grinder. It's a strong word for the gentle filing it offers. My pup let me do a couple nails at a time and then we'd go back. Treats of course help with turning this process into something she'd accept. It was a pretty quick process and I love the results. I like saving money and this paid for itself in one nail trim session. One thing I didn't realize I'd like was the little light that is on the device, it helps you see more clearly. I say, go for it! Save money and time at the groomers.

works good for large nails

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a HOM employee. I used this on my husky and it worked better than clippers. I usually go slow at first then speed up. It feels solid in hand and cordless makes it easy to move around. Definitely easier than struggling with regular clippers.
