When I got it it had a hole in the tree near Santa and it’s impossible to contact anyone about this all I want is a replacement item!! Love the item but not the quality bc of hole and reindeers don’t stay standing no matter what you do to it!

This product was not top quality. I saw a 3” seam opening upon inflating it and I used clear tape to seal it up. Now see several more seams opening up! The reindeer aren’t standing up straight due to broken seams in their ear or leg. Not happy with this purchase!

The fan is incredibly weak. Even the slightest breeze blows poor Santa and his reindeer on their sides. Absolute rubbish.

The fan is not strong enough to fully blow up the reindeer and the reindeer won't stay standing up. I had purchased inflatable Halloween pumpkins from a different vendor for half the price I paid for Santa and reindeer and the quality of the pumpkins was 1000 times better.

Cute but small

Product is cute but not as “grand” as we hoped it would be. Even though it’s 9 foot in length it’s very small compared to other inflatables we have purchased. Considered returning it but kept it because there was nothing wrong with it except the size.

Reindeer don’t light up, not quite inflating all the way.

Lights very dim in reindeer, can’t see the lights unless it’s real dark and you put your face up to it. Also blower won’t quite inflate all the way. Nice design though. Do not recommend.
