Slim design accommodates 3 or more transformer plugs

Just what I was looking for: a power strip that transformers can be plugged into without taking up a lot of space. I have limited space to mount a surge protector on the back of my media cabinet, and this unit will fit. At 2160 Joules it has 3 times better protection than most power strips of this size. The orientation of the plugs is consistent with the design of newer style transformers that have pins in line with the transformer body. No longer must I sacrifice two or three adjacent plugs to accommodate the bulk of a single transformer. I plan to buy more Tripp Lite Protect It! surge protectors for the other media stations around the house.
