The controller is awesome, the

The controller is awesome, the lighting effects are beautiful, the mapping function for changing your macros is extremely simple and effective. Creating new buttons for your preferred playstyle takes literally 30 seconds to complete. Top to bottom wonderful design especially the interior being used as storage. The USB cable provided is actually long enough, and the PS5 and PC compatabillity is a nice perk. -------- BUT -------
This controller is only getting 4-stars and not 5 because I had a bunch of issues with it on arrival. Inputs would drop, my character would walk forward without any buttons being pressed, and a few other things. WHAT FIXED IT: was googling the problem and realizing that the issue was out-of-date firmware. Once I downloaded the victrix app and updated the firmware the issues stopped, but there was nothing in the quick start guide about this being required. I almost returned it before i found the fix. Hope this review lets someone know there's a fix out there for them. Cheers.

if it doesnt work when u plug it in and update for the first time hit a quick factory reset, i had to.
as someone who wants to compete and improve etc etc but struggles to plat on a stick or dpad, this thing is well worth it
also my keyboard too small for my bigfoot hands

Good controller only thing Id want is a ability to fully then off SOCD cleaning, Its fine it doesn't i just play a game its optimal to have it off and had to use third party methods to get around it (Steam input)

I’m really enjoying this leverless so far! Buttons feel responsive, the built in switches have the specific feedback and sound I like. It’s easy to change the buttons and their corresponding switches. My main critique is that I’m moving from a gen 1 Razer Panthera and one of the nicest features for that stick was being able to access the inner workings for modification. There’s gonna be a bit more hands on work for the Victrix that you’ll have to consider if modding is important for you.
