While boasting impressive specifications, ultimately fails to justify its exorbitant price. Performance is underwhelming, with frequent lag during multitasking, and the battery life is a big disappointment. No charger. The design is generic, lacking the premium feel expected at this price point. Competing devices offer better features and value, making this tablet a regrettable investment for most consumers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Shah! It's great to hear from you! We see you reached out to voice your feedback on the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. Equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, the Tab S9 Ultra is designed for smooth multitasking, running powerful apps, and handling tasks like video editing or gaming without slowing down. The Tab S9 Ultra comes with the S Pen in the box, offering precision for note-taking, drawing, and navigating. It’s also IP68-rated, which means the tablet and S Pen are both water and dust-resistant. We noted your concerns about the lagging and battery life and we'd like to help get this resolved. If your Galaxy device’s touchscreen is frozen or does not respond to touch, it doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong with your device. It could be something as simple as a faulty app or cracks in the screen that are causing the problem. It's important to check for updates. Navigate to and open Settings. Swipe to and tap Software update or System update. Tap Check for updates or Download and install. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to complete it. Check out the link for additional options to help keep your device from lagging. Samsung Galaxy phones and tablets come with settings and features to help you monitor and extend your device's battery life. Keep tabs on battery performance and use power saving modes when needed to get the most out of your battery life. We've also provided a link to help optimize your battery life as well. If any of this persists, please reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10001529/ (lagging) https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078987/ (battery) smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
I have been using this from s8 ultra model. I don't see much difference between S9 ultran and S8 ultra. I wouldn't buy S9 unless I cracked s8 model. Samsung needs to focus more on user experience rather than hardware benchmark.
Great device. Crisp resolution and snappy processor. The tablet is packed with alot of fratures and allows for customization using Good Lock. Only complaint is that this device does not come with a keyboard in the box.
Wonderful tablet!!!! Very satisfied with its performance! Love the large screen which means no strain of the eyes😊. Great for entertainment viewing as well as work productivity! I highly recommend it’s purchase!
I do a lot with PDFs. A LOT. Also- I'm pushing 50, and my eyes aren't what they once were. So I needed a bigger screen than my older Galaxy Tab, and needed something with a sharp, clear display. The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra handles that without issue. 256GB is a good amount of storage, but I used the MicroSD slot to add another 1GB for files. You never know when the WiFi is going to be crappy as you travel.
Putting it through recreational paces, I play tabletop RPGs, and the current game I'm in is the new Marvel Multiverse RPG. There is an electronic character sheet for this through the Demiplane web tool. It allows you to track resources, as well as look up rules and descriptions for various superpowers, etc. This means the tablet has to be on and stay on throughout the game session- and so far, I've had no battery issues doing this. In fact, after a four to five hour session, I'm still above 66% on the battery with the screen on most of that time.
