The Garmin Fenix 8 Pro is not just a smartwatch—it's a powerhouse built for adventurers, athletes, and anyone who demands top-tier performance in the harshest environments. With cutting-edge features, rugged design, and unmatched connectivity, it’s arguably the most advanced multisport watch Garmin has ever released.
Looks -10/10 (I swapped the stock belt for a tan color one) love the watch faces and that the watch has round and not square. Use if for - running (music and live track enabled) and Golf Pro Details - needed a watch with LTE and GPS feature so that family is assured they can track and call me without a phone on me (yes the pro version has that feature). Granted that it is not via a telecom provider but it manages to work (needs better coverage and gave one less star just for that) Battery - now I don’t have to charge it everyday but depending on my usage maybe once a week. Sometimes once every other week. Summary - a great watch with great features and has great insights into my activities which helps me improve.
Beautiful watch but battery drains really fast. Also disappointed Garmin still hasn't evolved to using USB-C ports on their high end watches. Returning my Fenix 8 Pro today and sticking with my Enduro 2 for now.

For a smart watch at this price point, I would NEVER have expected the lag in the operating system. My Forerunner965, which is a little sluggish compared to Samsung and other brands I have owned, is much faster. Features are the only saving grace from 1 star. I should never have been an early adopter.

Went from a 945 LTE to a Fenix 8, but really missed the added safety feature of LTE so I always ended up wearing an Apple Watch Cellular as well on long runs. Been hoping for a Fenix version with additional safety connectivity so I could ditch the phone or additional watch. Finally.. thanks Garmin, love my Fenix 8 Pro.
