I bought this watch with way too many features on it that I wasn’t going to use for the sole purpose of growing in to it. Also wanted a product that would continue to receive updates from Garmin on the latest platform. So far, it has exceeded all of my expectations.

Great All around Watch

I’ve been using Garmin Fenix since version 6 and honestly the capabilities keep getting better with each revision. Definitely a must have for any outdoor/fitness enthusiasts.
Downsides: cost, Garmin knows they have a winner so the cost keeps going with each release. Eventually this platform will be phase itself out because the average consumer won’t be able to afford them.
Unreliable software releases. To Garmins credit they maintain the current watch release software exceptionally well. However, their support for previous versions is none existent.

I have had the watch for 2 weeks and I love it! Battery strength is awesome and it has all the features I need. Also the golf app is so hood!

I was replacing a 6 yeaors ol Forerunner and I cannot be more happy. This is one of the best watches I have owned and so far has been a good companion for my tennis and swimming journey.

Love my new Garmin!

Had a Forerunner 245, 255 for many years - the upgrade to a larger, big-boy Garmin is just my favorite. I love the rugedness of the screen, the built in flashlight is excellent, and the AMOLED is such a nice upgrade. It's solid and feels like it'll last me many years, awesome!
