I love this watch. I have had two Galaxy watches and they don't compare to this. I am still learning all the features. Just having a battery that lasts so long is a plus.

Not working

Bought a Venu 4 ( I've owned several Garmin watches previously). I went to set it up, and all went well until it required a system update. Now stuck in a perpetual loop of turning on and showing the start up screen and watch face for seven seconds before shutting down and then restarting. No amount of fixes has solved the problem, so my watch will be going back.

Great watch, Lousy charger

I like the watch and the features but I was only able to charge it once when I first got it before the charging cable connected with a wiggle and it won’t charge at all. Not even a week old and I had to buy another charging cable.

I love this watch!!! It was a little difficult to figure out how to use all the features and I’m still learning. I think the website and manuals could be more user friendly for watch-illiterate folks like me. But the watch itself is 5 stars!!

I had a Fitbit for years. When it came time to get a new smart watch, I tried the Samsung version first. The smallest one was still too big and bulky. So, I got a Garmin. I love it! The size is perfect for a small wrist. It has all the features I need, and a whole lot fewer nonsense apps and features that I will never use. I like its sensible use of technology, without trying to be something it is not.

I like the functions and the display and the comfort. The crystal is not scratch resistant enough for my lifestyle. Maybe next time.
