I love this watch! The size on my wrist is perfect. Very easy to use. If I could change one thing, I would give it the 30 day battery life of the larger watch.

Really helps to calm my anxiety. Seeing the trends of my health helps to outline my emotional boundaries and allows me time to reflect and adjust. Exercise definitely helps but sleep is more important

I upgraded from a Venu 2S. I appreciate so much about the Venu 4: more detailed insights available, increased activity options for tracking, battery life, and the reports to name a few. The change was well worth it.

Can I say love it and disappointed too?

First, mine is a 41 mm not 45 mm. I upgraded from a Venu 2 41 mm. The 4 has a much more attractive interface and is mostly intuitive. It also has some new features I appreciate. However, I was hoping its tracking performance would be better than the old one. The 2 was very inconsistent for tracking sleep. I believe the 4 is probably even worse. I should note that due to a health situation, my sleeping heart rate and normal resting heart rate are the same. So it may be asking a lot for a watch to pick up sleep consistently.

Excellent watch, I changed my forerunner 165 to the venu 4 and the difference is remarkable from the best screen quality, in addition to greater precision in health and sleep controls.
