I upgraded from a Venu 2 Plus and am still getting used to some of the new features. At this point I can say it was well worth the upgrade. I'm looking forward to using features I bought it specifically for.
Very pleased with the Venu 4! I like the flashlight and find your phone option. the health checks and activity trackers are easy to use. Also, the battery life is much better than Venu 3. Great purchase for me.
I absolutely love this watch. I recently, after 7 years lost access to my crossfit gym and needed to find a way back into fitness. This watch has helped tenfold currently using it to train for a half marathon.
This is my fourth Garmin purchase is 25 years and each watch is better than the last. My Venu 4 is leaps and bounds better than my previous Vivoactive 4 (I had it for over 6 years). The new technology and advanced features is exactly what I was looking for and has some amazing new features I didn't know I wanted. The sleep score and body battery have provided me with helpful insights on how to best help my body recover better from a heavy lift or stressful few days.
Garmin lost me. I needed to replace an aging Vivoactive 4 and ordered the Venu 4 45mm. I was excited when I finally came, but then super disappointed that they removed the ability to flip the orientation for left handed people wearing the watch on their right wrist. Options include "get used to wearing it on your left wrist" where it will get banged up or wear it on the right wrist and have to awkwardly reach across to the far side to reach the buttons. Why they removed the feature I don't know, but they are driving me to a competitor who does support left handed people better. What a shame because I really like the features and Garmin's reliability.
