A disappointment when needing a fix

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A beautiful, stunning tree…yes. But awful support? Ugh, also yes.
Be warned - if you purchase this tree and you have to replace a lightbulb, the lightbulbs that come with DO NOT FIT and customer support tells you that they can’t help you. A pretty expensive tree for a “we can’t help you” situation. Here’s to ordering several lightbulbs to see if we can fix it instead of replacing it with another company.

Omgosh, we love this tree. Right size for our living room. Looks good. So easy to put together. Takes a few minutes to fluff out, but take ur time & do it right, it is worth it.
