Razor works good, way better than the cheaper version but the neck amd right under the chin are not as great takes several passes guess this is normal?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item worked intermittently for about two weeks. After this time period, the razor head was able to carefully fall out of its case. Could not find a place to fix it so it became expendable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
