Time will tell how well the 3600 stands up to daily use, which I use not only on my face, but also my skull lol.

Even with lubricant such as Williams Lectric Shave, there remains a surface level stubble which becomes obvious within a couple hours.

I chose this rating because of the price of replacement screens and cutters. I have no problem with the razor itself. If you like electric razor's this is a great razor. As far as I'm concerned, all razor company's charge to much for foil's, cutter's and screen's.
