[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great buy! Easy to hold and clean. Get a really clean feel with Electric shave lotion or regular shaving cream. Shaves as close as a blade! I'm impressed!

This is a great shaver for the close shave. So far I have had 2 occasions where the unit stopped when i was shaving. The blades just locked up and sounded like grinding metal . As soon as I opened it the motor started running again. This happened twice . I am still happy with it so far. My last Philips shaver lasted about 28 years. Hopefully no future troubles.

It is possible that the performance of your shaver has declined because it is dirty. There can be hair or dirt particles stuck inside it, causing the shaving heads to don’t function correctly. To fix this problem, properly clean your shaver. If possible, remove the shaving heads and clean your shaver from the inside as well. For detailed cleaning instructions, refer to your user manual.
