Great features

Love the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our Electrolux washer and dryer 6 months ago , love the features and large capacity,the only drawback is the soap,and bleach dispensers fill with water and don't drain completely,so I have to soak it up with a towel every wash.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the dryer 3 months ago as of today ,I haven't been able to use it because it came with a bad control board, repair company can't xseem to get the right replacement board, they have been out 10 times unitstill not working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Reluctant Buyer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are in the middle of an entire house remodel and we are down to the last three rooms with one of them being the laundry room. Our current washer decided to start spinning incorrectly or if at all. My husband and daughter decided that we needed new a new total set. I was reluctant and only wanted to replace the washer. I am always worried about the bottom line of our finances and with the kitchen still to renovate I was adamant of purchasing a less expensive set with no bells/whistles. Well lets just say I LOVE my husband for they decided on and purchased this set for me, had it delivered and since set-up our clothes washing has never been more exciting to do. Our clothes are cleaner, our clothes smell totally different and fresh, it's fun to turn on the light and watch my clothes get clean, I longer have to bow down to load and unload and the best feature of all is the "Perfect Steam" cycle on our dryer. It has saved me so much free time in the mornings and on the weekends from not having to iron. For all the naysayers about front end washers and the smell they have complained about I can only say that has not been an issue for us; however, we do appreciate being able to purchase such a luxury set that assuring the washer is wiped clean of all water after using is such a small price for us to have cleaner clothes. Did I mention the "Perfect Steam" option is the best invention ever. When we go to remodel the kitchen in 6months we will be strongly looking at buying all Electrolux appliances; however, it will come down to affordability. We wouldn't of been able to have this set if it weren't for a couple measured incorrectly when purchasing and had to bring the set back, during the return they scratched the glass on the door which reduced the set by a lot on both.

With all the features and cycles it is by far the best dryer comming from a trusted name in Electrolux. It has a cycle for every situation you would encounter and then some. Extra large capacity for those big loads and cleans everything everytime. Best purchased I have made!

The TARDIS of dryers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer looks bigger on the inside than can seem possible looking at the outside. The only trouble with that is, there is very little space between the drum and the wall, which led to it needing the whole drum being replaced within a few weeks of installing it, as the drum was just a little bit less than perfect. Warranty covered it, but still, what a pain! Would not have picked this dryer except it was a good deal, and it was compatible with the new Electrolux washer I had already picked out. However, I will say, this has some great features, and works well. It's not as intuitive as the newer models to navigate all those features, but as I said, it's a heck of a machine for the price we paid. I love the steam feature and extended tumble that reverses the direction, and the fact that I can set my own drying time as short as 15 minutes. However, I'm not so super impressed with this overall compared to a former trusty dyer. We only got this one so it could stack with our new washer in a new laundry closet we'd built. I am worried about the difficulty with cleaning behind the filter, and other such things down the road, but for now, I'm happy with it and would still recommend it.
