Good value

Assembly is easy, except for the roof. It's tricky. I managed to assemble this by myself, but I turn a wrench for a living. The gazebo is well made, sturdy, and assembly engineering has been thought out well. The plans have no directions, just pictures, but that is sufficient. All parts were marked well. It is a nice looking gazebo.

Beautiful Gazebo

Arrived with no damage. It came in two separate box. Both of them are heavy so they can get damaged easily if the shipping company doesn't handle carefully. Assembling was not that hard. The roof is bit tricky to install like everyone mentioned but little bit of patient and adjustment will do.It came out beautiful. Love how it looks.

Looks great!

I assembled the gazebo with my son in one afternoon, and it looks fantastic on my deck.
However, the county I live in Maryland requires a building permit for this. I submitted one including zoning info drawings, etc... (including $120 permit fee), but the county permit department denied the application, and requested 'Engineer Stamped Drawings With Snow load Calculations for the Roof structure'. This is unbelievable. Has anyone ever had the same issue? Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Assembly results

I did not like the instructions (Pictures only) It slowed me down.Comment: It defiantly needs at lease two people to assemble. I assembled the frame the first day. Day 2 I put the roof on. It took about 12 hours to complete.Note: I assembled the top and 4 corner pieces to the roof frame on the ground and then had help lifting it on top of the frame. After that I finished the frame for the roof by myself. Once again I found that inserting the roof panels was a two person job. Note: Start installing the corner roof panels In one corner and work around leaving the last two side rectangular panels for last. This allows you to have one person to feed the panels up and then help to guide the panels into the channels while the second person is on a ladder helping to get the panel in the channel. All and All it was a fun project. Not at all hard to do. Just take your time and have fun.

Nice gazebo and paying for assembly worth it.

We purchased this gazebo along with the assembly option. It arrived in two boxes two days apart. We scheduled removal and hauling away of the old gazebo (an extra charge) for later that week. This was not cheap but money well spent. The two men were here a total of 5.5 hours with five hours of that assembling the new gazebo and clean up. They struggled a bit with the pictures only directions but having the tools and experience with other canopies they got it done professionally. Looks great and my wife and I avoided spending a weekend struggling and fighting!

The best aspect of the gazebo is the type of roof ...

The best aspect of the gazebo is the type of roof (corrugated plastic) light resistent and filtered to the sunrays, infact that was the main reason I bougt it. I had bougt another one before same type , but 12x14

I would recommend

Overall I like this and would recommend it. As others mentioned the packaging isn't great so some parts came bent or scratched. I am going to request some touch up paint. Assembly is not hard except for the roof. The video is a bit hard to capture but you need to do the middle section last to be able to put on the top pieces. It does require 2 people to do it. It wasn't as sturdy as I expected but it is sturdy enough for my needs. Time will tell on its endurance.
