This gazebo is our 50th anniversary gift to ourselves since we can't travel because of Covid. It is everything we hoped it would be. The service from Aosom was fast and accurate. The only problem we had was one of the pages of instructions was missing and we had to ask a couple of engineers to help us figure out how it was supposed to go up. I will buy from Aosom again.

1. Quality of all parts were very good.
2. Delivery was on time
3. Lack of detail (which is not Aosom??s fault) in the accompanying ??Installation Manual made portions of erecting gazebo difficult. They could spring for a couple of more pages and show larger and more detailed instructions, particularly in the ??roof?? part. You need a magnifying glass (I??m old!) to see what little details there are.
4. Always, always point out that the gazebo must be erected on a perfectly level base, else you'll have a difficult time installing the roof panels.

This gazebo is solid! The number one reason I purchased this is the quality.And this gazebo arrived quickly, ahead of schedule. The delivery man was very accommodating and professional. When unpacked, the parts were pristine, without any damage. It took me and my brother about 5 hours from start to finish to put it together. I did have an issue with a couple of parts, but that was quickly taken care of by their customer service dept.

The gazebo was just as advertised, and it has stood up so far (over a month) to the elements. The fact that the curtains come with the gazebo is a big plus also! Overall very satisfied with product.

Love love love- better than expected!

This is a beautiful gazebo. We had a few pcs that had to be replaced from shipping but they replaced them as soon as they were contacted. This was a gift for my mother in law which can not be in the sun. We are enjoying our outdoor family space.
