[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re looking for an affordable soundbar to complete your home theater setup, the LG S70TY is definitely one to give strong consideration. It packs a powerful sound and Dolby Atmos for all of the highs & lows. The setup was quick and easy out of the box. We were watching movies within half an hour. Calibration was a breeze through the app once we were able to sinc via Bluetooth. The included wireless subwoofer is a nice size and packs a good punch. The soundbar delivers a good 3.1-channel audio despite the slim design. Enjoy LG’s standard soundbar features like HDMI and optical inputs, HDMI eARC, and Bluetooth. We haven’t upgraded soundbars in over 7 years. The jump in technology is noticeable and an overall enjoyable experience. We are also Harmony & Alexa Hub users. The transition from one LG soundbar to another was effortless plug & play. A personal favorite feature is the ability to toggle illumination on the display.

. Here are my thoughts on this after using for a couple of weeks:
It came in a heavy well packaged L-shaped box. Good work on the packaging. After opening up my first reaction was WOW.
my favorite feature is Bluetooth connection to my phone and I stopped using voice activated small speakers.

Gaming Features: not tested as I don't play games yet. But seems like it supports 120Hz very well. Plus, the abundance of ports allows you to connect other devices without compromising gaming performance. #gamingready
Price and Value: Affordable and worth every penny! #valueforyourmoney.
Overall, the LG S70TY soundbar offers solid performance, especially considering its price point. Whether you're upgrading your home theater or seeking an affordable audio solution, the S70TY deserves consideration. However, there are some rival products out there in similar priceline but if you have LG TV go for this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this affordable LG S70TY Dolby Atmos soundbar for my PC experience. I wanted something with 3D Spatial sound so that I can feel like I’m in the games.
This soundbar has a 3.1.1 and 400W. Setup was easy, I connected it via HDMI on my PC to get sound from it. I have the Dolby Atmos Windows app so that I can output that Dolby sound. I mounted it using the provided brackets onto my custom racing sim rig. I ran some Dolby tests and this soundbar sounds amazing for such an affordable price point. The sound fills the area and it really feels like you have rear speakers around you. The bass is strong and clear, and you hear all the sound effects crystal clear. The up-firing speaker really focuses that dialogue nice and clear. When I’m racing and the crew chief talks to you, you hear it nicely and clear over the engine and racing noises. The remote has most of the basic features but to get full control of the soundbar, I recommend you get the LG soundbar app.
The design is well thought out with the only downside I see is the three led indicator lights for a display. You have to look at the manual to see what each light pattern and color mean or to see what volume level you’re at, but you can also get all that information from the app.
Even though I enjoy the sound, I’m looking forward into getting the optional rear surround speakers once they are available to get more of that surround sound feel. I think for this price point, you can’t get a better soundbar that has Dolby Atmos built-in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was blown away when I plugged the sound bar into my TV and turned it on. I never realized how tinny the sounds from my TV speakers were. The sound from the soundbar filled the room very nicely. The speaker that shoots upwards really helps with this. When listening to music, the sound was incredible. The bass speaker filled out the sound with a nice deep bass. You don't have rear speakers with this setup, but you don't miss them in my apartment. My only complaint is that the instructions could have been better, but I figured it all out. It didn't take long to get everything set up and start enjoying the great sound.

Well, I had the picture but never realized what I was missing out on until I bought this sound bar. WOW does it fill the room. The sub is not overpowering but having it next to the couch has been really immersive.
The passthrough seems to give my TV some trouble with the ARC but I'm pretty sure it's a TV issue. Overall it beats having to run wire or manage multiple speakers. This fits my need to the T and I'm a fan!

Within 15 minutes from opening the box the wireless Soundbar and wouffer were installed and working I was even able to link it to my phone too. We watched a movie in Cinematic mode and son came from his room and asked why was the house shaking and I pointed to the newly installed speakers and he just smiled and asked that maybe turn it down a little. After using it this weekend I am very pleased with this product as I felt like I was actually in the theater watching the movie and that is all yiu can ask.
