Excellent Quality

I was debating between the Bose quiet comfort 2nd gen and the AirPod Max. I am all in on apple, but have an older version of the Bose. Both are great products. I love the AirPod max due to the ease of use with my iPad and iPhone. The sound quality is excellent and the noise cancelling works great. Love them.

Best Noise Cancelling Headphones

The mechanical sound isolation, plus the noise cancelling feature helps blocks external noise better than any other headphones I have tried. I have owned the Sony WH-1000XM4 and XM5s. They were lighter but did not offer enough clamp force on my narrow shaped head. The lack of mechanical sound isolation resulted in poor noise cancelation. Overall, the performance was terrible in noisy environments.
The Apple AirPods are bit heavier but the weight is functional and makes a better product. I also like the analog volume dial. It allows precise volume adjustment to your liking. I have sensitive ears and found with the Sony Headphones, I couldn't get the sound level I wanted. It was either too loud or too quiet with the discrete volume increments.
I also like the lack of touch commands. Accidental touching of the Sony Headphones often resulted in unwanted actions. It was a constant pain and the value of such features is not worth it. The AirPods Max work seamlessly with other Apple products. The connectivity is awesome.

These are very great Apple headphones very good on noise cancellation and very good on sound. Best headphones I’ve ever bought honestly and highly recommend.

Dead on Arrival – Won't Charge

Out of the box, the battery was at 1%. I’ve tried multiple high-quality cables and power adapters, but the unit refuses to take a charge. Very disappointing for a premium product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
