[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Effective communication tool - a must have for use in a work from home or office setting as it allows you to both communicate online and also pay attention to sounds around you
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a little disappointed with the price/quality ratio. Easy to use, but I find the sound quality to be poor, and people don't hear me as clearly. Sounds like I'm inside a tin can. I bought this headset as a replacement for another comparable brand, and I prefer the sound in the others.

Hello Godin, Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Lenovo 100 Mono USB Headset. We're sorry to hear that the sound quality and microphone performance of the headset didn’t meet your expectations. Here are a few troubleshooting steps that might help resolve the issue. 1. Adjust Playback Sample Rate. Press Windows Key + S and search for Sound Settings. Open Sound Control Panel. Right-click on Lenovo USB Headset, then click Properties. Go to the Advanced tab. Under Default Format, select: 2 Channel, 24 bit, 48000 Hz (Studio Quality). Click Apply and OK. 2. Update Audio Drivers
Go to Device Manager → Sound, video and game controllers. Right-click your headset and select Update driver. Choose Search automatically for updated driver software. 3. Disable Audio Enhancements
In the Sound Control Panel, under your headset’s Properties, go to the Enhancements tab. Check Disable all enhancements. Apply changes. 5. Ensure Proper USB Connection
Plug the headset directly into a USB port on your computer (avoid hubs). Try different ports to rule out power or signal issues. If the issue persists after following these steps, we recommend reaching out to our tech support team at 1-855-253-6686. We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter. Regards, Thomas, Lenovo
