Great tool for balance and coordination

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the bosu for balance training. As you age balance is so important. This tool really gives you an opportunity to step up your game! I definitely recommend starting slow and getting used to it. I have now progressed to the point that I am able to balance and use weights at the same time. It really is a game changer.

Effective and easy to use balance trainer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BOSU NexGen Balance Trainer is a nice addition to my Pilates studio. It’s a great tool for improving balance, of course, but also for adding challenge to other strength training exercises. Having used the original version of the BOSU ball years ago, the updated design is a big improvement. I really like the matte material - the original version is more shiny and slippery, although it’s easier to clean. The textured design definitely helps with grip and positioning. I’d definitely recommend this balance trainer for fitness novices and professionals, and everyone in between!

Game Changer!!

I also love the fact that my entire family can use it since the weight capacity is 300 lbs. My husband is 240 and he’s able to use it comfortably, super durable. The comfort level is great as well. As a beginner who’s not a fan of the gym scene, this balance trainer is perfect. It’s durable, easy to use, and gives me a killer workout without ever having to leave the house.
This piece of equipment can handle up to 300 pounds, so you can really push yourself without worrying. Plus it has plenty of space to move around on, whether you are doing strength training, balance work, or rehab exercises.
The black design in sleek and it’s built with tough quality materials. The textured surface gives you good grip, so you can stay steady during your workouts.
If you’re recovering from a concussion like me, this balance trainer is a lifesaver . It’s been super helpful for improving my balance and coordination in a safe way after finishing physical therapy.

Pretty Good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this product. I was able to balance fairly well on it, although i do with it wasn’t so wobbly but it’s not bad. I would definitely use this in a home gym! The yoga ball on it was very soft and setup was easy!

Great addition to any gym

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bosu balls are a great addition to any gym but I was surprised at the quality and durability of this particular design.
My son plays hockey and uses it to get balance / stability workouts in and warmup in. Also works well for my husband and I to get more difficult workouts in. 100% recommend this.
