High Quality but Difficult Installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this 4 out of 5 stars because it is very heavy duty, looks high quality, is a great concept, and I LOVE the idea of it. However after fighting with it for 30 minutes, I couldn’t get it set up. The instructions were not very clear and I’m usually pretty good at assembling things with step by step instructions. I wanted to use it and I think if I can get someone to come install it for me, it will be great and free up a lot of unusable space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shelf is very large capacity and fits so many of my baking tools, including cookie sheets, roasting pans, all my miscellaneous bakeware, and cooking utensils that are used less often. The installation was done by a friend, and it took some adjustments to get it to fit my counter specifications.I have two other pullout metal shelves and love them all!
