Full of weeds!!

We won’t buy this again. We bought for our raised garden and have never had so many weeds until we added this soil.

We're sorry for this inconvenience. Composting kills most of the weed seeds in our soil, but there can still be some left. Our soil has not been sterilized, sterilizing growing media kills beneficial living micro-organism that helps plants grow. Beautiful rich soil

I've got Good Dirt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Miracle-Gro® Performance Organics All Purpose Garden Soil is good dirt. To test it out I planted identical plants in seperate pots, some with the Performance Soil and the other identical plants with regular soil. The growth and beauty of the Miracle-Gro® Performance Organics All Purpose Garden Soil plants was apparent within 48 hours. All the plants out performed those that were planted in regular garden soil. I am sold on Miracle-Gro® Performance Organics All Purpose Garden Soil and will not use anyother type soil in the furture.

Surprise in a Bag

was emptying my bag of Miracle Grow hi-performance organic in ground soil to be surprised and how loose the term organic must be at Scott's/Miracle Grow. Inside my bag was shredded plastic, shredded teflon, wire of three different sizes, and a syringe. At Scott's Organic must translate to medical waste compost.

Easy to fill & grow

So nice not to worry about feeding my new plants. If only the soil was self-watering :) haha - I received a free product to test and review.

Plastic in bag

I bought 2 bags 10/02/19 filled a few pots & noticed plastic in about 3 of them. This is my first time purchasing this soil & am second guessing that choice now.

Moth Infestation

After repotting all my indoor plants with this soil my apartment is infested with moths that congregate by all of my plants. I’m killing 10 moths a night and it’s only getting worse. I’m at my wits end.

You can apply about 1/2 inch of horticultural sand on top of the soil of potted plants. Larvae cannot burrow through the sand and will die.
