Plastics in Mixture

I was extremely disappointed when I dumped this into my yard after purchasing it earlier today. It had a partial Snickers wrapper, plastic stake of some kind and a few other questionable items in just one bag. Since it is opened I can’t return it and am not confident in purchasing again.
Cons: Didn't work as expected
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gnats, gnats, and more gnats

I purchased this soil for my summer garden. Just days after getting the soil put out, and the plants put in, I found gnats. They weren't just in the garden, they were getting in the house, in the garage, and all around the backyard. The majority were coming from the garden as I could see them hopping around on the top of the soil. Well, not really soil. It was more like chopped up wood and bark with not much soil at all. Anyway, I am now having to spend a great deal of money trying to get rid of the gnats. But there are so many, I am not sure if I can. The sticky pads I put out were covered in one to two days. Now trying to use nematodes, but they aren't cheap. I have used Miracle Gro for years, but the quality has surely diminished recently. I have never had such a gnat problem before, and I have pretty much always opened the bags to find nice, fresh, soil. I am not going to be paying for Miracle Gro soil if the results are anything like I have received this year.

Great uses

It's packed well, and won't ruin your trunk or carpet when transporting. It's not a cheap option, but is one of, if not THE, best.

Where’s the soil?

I bought this a few weeks ago to give it a try. I finally got around to opening the bag for the project I’ve been working on. There was not one spec of soil in this bag. It reminded me more of mulch instead of garden soil. But that’s not the worst part. There was also garbage!!!! There were rough plastic pieces, some landscape fabric looking material, plastic wrappers of sort. Frankly. I’m really angry I wasted my money on this garbage and now I’m wondering what did I put in my landscape!??!?
You can do better, miracle gro.
Cons: Problem with label, Messy

Green stuff growing where I placed this

I bought this a week ago for a new vegetable garden. Was happy at first, but after a few days green sprouts started popping up everywhere! The whole garden is full of them and I have not even planted any vegetables yet.

I feel good using it because it poses no dangers to my dogs or any wildlife. I use it for all y vegetables and flowers and am successful growing my plants to their fullest capability.
