Economical way to store and transport "Captain's Chest" teaching kits.

It is hard to find light weight containers of this size. Wish it were a little larger. I would recommend this product but I wish it were rain proof. If left outdoors in the rain, the contents always get wet.

I love this footlocker. We used several to move my daughter's belongings to her college dorm. I now use them to store extra groceries in my basement. Very sturdy and easy to move.

These footlockers are great for keeping kids from getting into things that parents want to lock up, keep out of reach and out of sight.
There sturdy, durable and lockable and Ive bought 4 so far and plan to purchase more to store things into. They hold alot of items and you can store extra toiletries in them and more. I like the fact that you cant see whats in them good deterrant to also prevent theft. In my opinion these things are the best and I hope youll continue to manufacture them.

Stackable and Organized

I LOVE these totes!! I reorganized all my holiday storage and many larger/longer items that would not fit in other totes fit great in these! In addition, they stack so great and actually saved room in my space once I converted all my totes over to these. One thing I would like to see is the totes to come in fall colors like orange or brown, there was a purple but I lost my chance and they are now out of stock. I want to put my decorations in the different colors so I know which holiday they are for without having to label or look through them all.

They are AMAZING!
We recommend our Scouts grab one for their camping trips. These can store everything the kids need for a week in the woods. And when they get a leaky tent or a summer thunderstorm rolls through, their gear stays dry.
When the kids are tired at the end of the week, these roll down the trails. It's almost like you designed these to perfectly fit our Troop trailer.
They are AMAZING!

Twin diaper storage through an apocalypse!

Okay, so let's be real. If there were to be an apocalypse, I would be all set to diaper our twins until they were either potty trained or...eaten. This footlocker was purchased for toy storage, but served a much more useful purchase when we went overboard on diaper purchases and had no where to store them. So, off they went to the basement where they remained dry and insect-free.

I bought one for storing smaller items in my pickup bed. It leaks water in like a sieve. We get a 2 inch rain, I have 1.5 inches of water in the storage box. It has already cracked after only 2 months of use in cold weather. I suppose it would be fine for indoor use with limited movements, but is not suitable for any outdoor use. All I had in it was 6 plastic quarts of oil, some rope, a small piece of carpet (18" x 36"), and and 15 feet of 3/8 tow chain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Adequate but not perfect

I live overseas and travel to/from frequently. I use these regularly as luggage because they are lighter and less expensive than an average suitcase and they're more difficult to crush. Overall, they perform well but there are several issues.
Just about every time I travel with multiple footlockers I lose a handle off of one of them. The side handles really don't hold up and pop off easily. I have also had a few of them crack along the crease at the clasp preventing it from closing very well. The biggest complaint I'd have is that the lid doesn't close well. It's not even close to sealing around the top. If there's anything small inside, it'll come out. If your bags are in any kind of wind, dirt, or water...anything inside will get wet/dirty.
I have overcome these issue by putting the contents inside space saver or ziplock type bags. I also never travel with these without 2 luggage straps which are connected over the existing clasps. So, even with the poor clasps, they tend to remain shut.
If you're looking for a cheap, light weight alternative to travel with, these will work. But, if you have high expectations, you'll be let down.
