Too large for letter size hanging file folders
on August 13, 2026
Posted by: teacher123abc
These file crates are ever so slightly too big for letter size hanging file folders. When researching this product before purchasing, I saw many other reviewers say they had this same problem, but I still took the risk. Very disappointed as I really looked forward to using this with hanging file folders in my classroom.

These Sterilite File Crates are a classroom staple! They're sturdy, hold hanging file folders perfectly, and make organizing student work, lesson plans, and classroom materials so much easier. The built-in handles make them easy to carry, even when full. I've used these for years and highly recommend them to any teacher looking to stay organized!
