I really enjoy the versatility of this new piece of gym equipment and can feel a huge difference in my core, it also has been very helpful in reducing back pain and I have also used it to help me with my posture. This is a great item, one of the best fitness products I have owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With limited instructions setup was really simple. A fun addition to workout routine with so many options. It doesn't take a lot of space so simple enough to set aside but get back out when ready to go. Possibilities are endless.

Perfect for home workouts

I use this device to help train my balance and for core/ ab workout exercises. This is compact enough to store when not in use. Effective enough to use everyday or for most exercises.

Great For Balance!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my daughter who does both dance and cheerleading. She was picked to be a flyer this year and she uses it to practice standing on one leg while extending her other leg. This helps her to mimic flying while at home

Great addition to my home gym

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this product. Super easy to set up. All I had to do was bump air in the back side of the black flare piece. Product comes with small hand pump and plugs for the exercise ball. I was able to pump it up in a minute or two. I really liked using this balance board in my daily workout. Love that I can use it for a couple different workout moves.
