Cannot get the sound link flex to connect to my Wa

Wave system. My son spent hours trying to get instructions from people in India, Philllipines and another country with no results. Why is this so difficult to connect and why can’t you make it easier? I am VERY disappointed with this product! Call me with a solution.

Hi there - I hope you're enjoying the sound of your Flex speaker so far! Although you can connect the Flex speaker to other speakers via stereo/party mode as shown at https://bose.life/3OQBBdV, and through SimpleSync to a Wi-Fi connected product in the Bose Music app, you cannot connect it to be used in sync with a Wave system. Battery life

And I’m huge fan from Bose audio and technology but I just purchased the new soundlink flex
I was so excited to to hear that amazing sounds that Bose company provides in all the speakers well this time I’m a little disappointed coz before to purchase the speaker I read the specs and one of them was the battery takes up to 12 hours of playing
So the problem I have been having with mines is
I charge it 100% and I play my music in high volume and in couple hours drops to 70 or 60 % battery life so now I don’t know what to do
Coz I love the sound Quality but not so happy with the battery live

The SoundLink Flex has a battery life of up to 12 hours on normal listening volume. As you increase the volume, the battery life may drain quicker.

I can't believe this is what Bose has turned in to

I've been a Bose user for 50 years and I can't believe how inept Bose has become. I purchased this speaker believing I could connect to my Alexa. The thing connected to my phone and nothing else. I became so frustrated with the Bose app I litterally threw the speaker in the trash. There are a lot of options out there to try, Bose needs to get their act together regarding their apps.

I absolutely love this speak you don't even have to have it all the way up for it to reach the next room. Even when all the way up the song clarity is amazing. This for sure was a great purchase.
