Not durable

I bought this speaker because the reviews were good. The sound is great. This speaker is NOT durable at all. I work in a warehouse and dropped it twice and only have had it for 1 month and it does not work now. Not GOOD quality at all. VERY unhappy

Sound link flex

I had a hard time charging it and the sound I thought would be louder. I tried to use the app but that made things much worse . I was so excited to get it, and was let down. I will be returning it. I love Bose products but this on was a disappoint.

I am sorry to hear that you did not like your speaker and decided to return it. If you do try the speaker again, I would recommend making sure you are using the bose connect app instead of the bose music app.

It is surprising you had a hard time charging the speaker. Did you use the charging cord provided with the speaker? If so, try using a direct outlet if you are charging via a computer usb port.

Won’t link to my Bose sound link mini

The sound of the sound link flex is awesome but unlike advertised, I can’t get it to link with my Bose Soundlink Mini. I’ve downloaded the app and even tried the Bose suggested manual link without the app, but unfortunately it wont link.

Amazing sound!

I was pleasantly surprised with the sound quality from such a small device. I mean, i didn’t expect to be disappointed given that it’s a Bose product, but wow! The bass is fantastic too! I would definitely recommend and already have to several friends.
