[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received an offer to test the Bose Soundlink Flex at a reduced price for my unbiased review just before my vacation so decided this would be a good test. I received the speaker in the mail and it was the perfect size and linked to my android phone very easily. Upon arriving at our beach destination we had to wait to check in so I took the speaker to the beach. The sound was great and we were able to Rock out for the afternoon till check-in time. I loved the fact that when I turned it on I was told what the charge level was. So after 3 hours on the beach with Sand we finally checked in. I placed the speaker on the rooms patio table and turned it back on. Charge was still at 80%. We unpacked to the tunes of the 70's using the Sirius app on my phone. Then went out to dinner. I realized I had forgotten to turn off the speaker. OOPS But no worries. It seems once the phone disconnected it shut itself down. Sound on this little speaker is fabulous and its the perfect size for taking along. I attached a carabiner ring to the loop an fasten to my backpack. This lets me listen while I walk. I absolutely love the sound from my new Bose. I can crank it up and OMG!!!! Good thing I live in the country otherwise may have angry neighbors.

I Made The Correct Choice!

Had a Sound Link 2 for three years and lost it. When replacing it I compared the Anous, Bose Soundlink mini, Ultimate Ears, and JBL Flip 5. Hands down this Flex outshined them all. Tough way to upgrade, but I'm glad I did

I have heard the sound quality of Bose speakers and happened to come upon this portable speaker. I thought I'd give a try because I was wanting something louder than what I already had. I'm glad I made that decision, the sound quality is excellent.

The sound quality out of this speaker is phenomenal! I’m above and beyond satisfied with the performance. My only complaint is, at this price point, a wall charger should be included in the box. I didn’t appreciate having to buy one separately. Bose only provides a charging cable.
