I've had this for 2 weeks now and I absolutely love it! The sound is great and so is the battery life! I was surprised to learn that the Bose app had to be downloaded prior to connectivity. Downloading the app is the only way you can connect to the speaker.

Amazing portability and sound

Sounds amazing for the size. Excellent sound for what we’d come to expect from a Bose product. Only downside i can think of is the battery life. Wish it lasted a little longer but nonetheless it performs well enough to compensate for that.

Awesome for around the pool or outside

I picked two of these up for use around our pool. Water resistant (I've read they float, but haven't tried that ;-), and the stereo/party function connecting the two together around the area makes for a great and safe sound. Because they are portable, it makes it easy to set up and put away, or take with you on the go.

I won this during our company Xmas party,
Everything was great until I accidentally dropped it.
Fortunately my son is smart enough that he has repaired the broken power switch. (Button broke off circuit board)
Now I'm enjoying it every day, I'll probably buy another one for my son, since he fixed mine.
Been a Bose fan for years, have some great outdoor speakers from a very long time ago, they still sound awesome.
