Great little speakers

Bought 2 of these flex speakers refurbished a few weeks ago. Received in like new condition. They work and sound amazing. Was a little hesitant on the refurbished factor, but great savings for great product. Love that I can connect the two together & play in stereo mode. Very happy with my purchase.

Bought recently and love the sound. Music sounds great and very easy to set up. Had one before years ago and alway wanted another. Now I do!! I thought this was also very affordable too

Exceeded all my expectations!!!

Bought the SoundLink Flex as an upgrade to my old Bose Soundlink and did not disappointed. The sound quality is amazing and battery last much longer than old Bose speaker. Exceeded all my expectations!! Wish the Bose Connect app had more options/settings for the speaker.

Only downside here is the Bluetooth connection can give trouble, especially when trying to pair with another Bose Bluetooth speaker

It only works if it's plugged into the charger

I am sorry to hear that the speaker works only when plugged in. The charge time of the speaker is 4 hours. I suggest that you leave it charging for that long first to fully charge it. I’ve been using the Soundlink Flex for about a month. I’m listening to more music than ever because the sound is excellent. I’m no techie, but it was so easy to set up, link to my phone and control using the app. Well worth the money.
