I bought the SoundLink Flex Bluetooth Speaker several weeks ago. I use it for travel to play my white noise app at night as well as music. The first night I had it playing my white noise it made an unusual noise that sounded like some kind of alarm going off. I had to get up in the middle of the night and reboot it. It made me a little uneasy about its quality. Since then it has performed just fine. The quality of the sound for the price of this speaker is an excellent deal! After the first night's episode the jury is still out on the reliability. Having said that I have had many Bose speakers through the years and reliability and quality have never been a problem for me. 🤞

I bought this product about 2 weeks ago.
It is well designed, lightweight and has a great feel.
The material is not slick or likely to slip when carrying.
The sound is absolutely amazing for a small speaker and is what I have come to expect from Bose.

Bose SoundLink Flex Sounds Great

I am very impressed with the Bose SoundLink Flex. It pairs easily with my iPhone via bluetooth and the sound is great. I've used it by the pool, at the beach or just having a bourbon and cigar on the porch. Its a bit on the expensive side, but its usually on sale multiple times a year, plus if you use your Rakuten account you can get a percentage cash back (every little bit helps). I'm quite happy with my purchase.

I love it. So simple to use. Sounds great. We have not gotten it wet yet or beaten it up, but we are thrilled so far. We don't part with $ easily.

I have been a long standing 40 year BOSE consumer and find this unit to be near perfectly engineered for its purpose! Ergonomic design with excellen sound fidelity is a match I was looking for. Bose has satisfied this described criteria with high marks for me!

Disappointed in product performance

Purchase about a month ago. Pretty disappointed in the sound quality. Compared to the JBL flip 6, the Bose speaker sounds very flat. The battery does not hold a charge either. Needed to download the app in order to pair to my phone. No way to adjust sound settings.

Hello Shawna, the SoundLink Flex will provide up to 12 hours at typical listening volume, use of the speaker at extreme volumes will reduce its playback time to a few hours.
