THE Sound!!

At first I purchased one Flex; the sound was absolutely outstanding throughout the range of each song and classical piece that I tested. All of the selections I tested were well known to me since I had played them on many playback devices over the decades. True to Bose reputation for sound and quality I wasn't disappointed one bit!! Then it occurred to me that sound this fantastic could be greatly improved by real stereophonic sound, so I decided to purchase a second Flex. That was the best decision I had made since the inception of stereophonic sound in 1957, that I had bought into in 1959! Stereophonic sound in music was the single most outstanding thing that ever happened to home entertainment (too bad younger people never experienced that transition) as stereo sound in high fidelity was the most stunning sound I had ever heard up to that point! Ever! Now, thanks to Bose we have a new benchmark for high quality sound and stereo sound! I don't think that Bose can-out-do what they have accomplished with the SoundLink Flex! But, I won't take bets on that since they have been setting benchmarks for decades! So, if you have been sitting on a fence to decide a buy-in your wait should be over! Happy listening.

Excellent Purchase!

I bought this to replace a Soundock, bought in 2006, and I'm as pleased with it as mush as I was with the 2006 purchase. The depth of sound in such a compact unit is phenomenal.

Great speaker but it is not holding charge

This speaker stopped taking charge. It is now pretty much dead. When it worked it was a brilliant product

Nice festures.

I purchased this a week ago and have to return it. It has problem charging. The highest it charged was 50%. It sits on the charger for 8 hrs then says battery is low.

The best Bluetooth speaker of its size and price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a professional musician and can say with great confidence that this Bluetooth speaker is amazing! I’ve owned and tested many different Bluetooth speakers of similar size and price from JBL, Sony, Anker, Harmon Karden, Cambridge Sound, and more and this one easily tops them all. The bass that comes out of this is fantastic as is the clarity of the highs and mids. Even at max volume (which is very loud) the performance is unaffected by any distortion. I do only wish the Bose connect app had some equalization settings for getting the perfect sound even more perfect but it’s not a deciding factor. The sound easily fills a large space. I would highly recommend this!
