Good sound but battery not as good as advertised

I bought it 3 weeks ago, I have used it twice and the battery doesn't last as long as they say, the sound is spectacular but if you turn the volume to maximum it doesn't even last 4 hours. I know that if I turn the volume to maximum the battery doesn't last the same but I expected at least 6 hours of battery life, because Bose says it lasts 12 hours at 65 percent. I'll still stick with it because the sound is very good but I am disappointed with the battery life.

I have been buying BOSE Products for over 20 yrs. I love my new Sound Link II it is perfect for the backyard loud and clear, but not so loud that I become a rude neighbor TY BOSE keep up the good work.
