App is crap.

App is slow as hell and won't connect my devices. It has taken way too long to load and won't simply just work and do party mode. Ruined my party.

Please ensure you're using the correct app - the Bose Connect app. You can also try the app on a different device. If you still can't get Party Mode working, please contact your support team for where you are. We'll help you set everything up!

I bought it two months ago as a pair. It didn’t connect in streaming mode. Customer service declined to replace as pair. My color was only available as one and replacement of one would have caused mismatch. So I returned it. Bose seemed not to care anything.

This is unusual, and we would always recommend trying all relevant troubleshooting with our customer support team. For instance, Stereo and/or Party Mode can't be set up if both speakers are turned on and connected to your Bluetooth device at the same time.

Powerful sound from a portable speaker. I love the sound quality, the feel of the speaker itself, and the portability allows me to take it anywhere. I even use my SoundLink speakers in my car. They sound terrific - much better than my vintage car stereo system.
