Won’t fully charge

Bought this a few weeks ago,tried to fully charge it but it only goes to 70 percent, I let it charge overnight thinking that would do it,when I turned it on it said 70 percent,I contacted them with an email and have not heard back

I love Bose, the speakers sound great but the connection to the 2nd speaker. It’s not a connection problem with the internet I have 2 5G modems. Unfortunately I will be returning them.

Love it BUT!!!

It's durable. Made very well. Sound quality is great always from bose. My only 2 problems is loudness.,but it's (ok) in that dept. Connecting to your phone call is horrible , it don't work,!! might be I'm doing something wrong. It worked once, the volume was low, so I disconnected it.
