Thanks Bose for assisting me with the trading and purchasing another Bose speaker. The customer service was good- I must admit there seem to be a language barrier but Jade did the best she could. Also, the entire process was good from sending in my old speaker to purchasing another one. I absolutely love my new speaker which has better features such as, an app, it's sound is awesome-base, and the battery lasts a lot longer. My last Bose lasted 7 years and 4 months I sure hope this one last as long.

I bought this a few week ago,so happy I did; the sound and the volume are perfect,my wife really enjoy the music seated at the back yard,and thinking forward to bringing ;to the beach, we really recommend it.

Great sound, great battery life so far

I have had it for a couple of weeks now and usually use it to supplement either my laptop, which only has speakers capable of producing a "ding" for notifications, or my cellular. I can take my phone and my speaker out into the garage and have music without any hassle. I can't tell if it's my old ears or the speaker but seems a bit distorted at top volume which I don't really use anyhow.

I never owned a quality Bluetooth speaker until this one. I always thought that Bluetooth sounded tinney like Satellite radio, but not with my speaker. I could play Internet radio such as pandora through it and sound almost if I’m listening to the master tracks of that song, not a compressed file. 10/10 in every aspect including esthetics.
